It has come to light that hackers are using new methods to grab whatsapp user account details.Incidents of cheating on whatsapp app continue to rise. There have been instances of people losing their WhatsApp accounts after being duped by the latest tactics of hackers.Security analysts have explained the new mechanism used by hackers in that order.

.Accordingly, hackers are using whatsapp user account details through a single phone call. The founder and CEO of Cloud check, an AI company that has been making predictions about cyber threats, has revealed the new threat to the WhatsApp app.Accordingly, when a person takes calls from hackers and makes calls to numbers starting at 67 or 405, their WhatsApp account will be locked and will go to the hackers.

You will first receive a call from the hacker and then the hacker will be urged to make calls to ten-digit numbers starting with 67 or 405.If you do this, your WhatsApp account will be locked within the next few minutes.

The mobile number provided to the users on the part of the hacker is the number for forwarding call on Airtel and Jio service.Calls to users will come to another mobile number they provide. While registering a WhatsApp service, the OTP will be required. The option will be asked. If your phone is in the encryption, then the OTP will be available. It will be sent to the alternate mobile number of the hackers. This is the reason why hackers take away user's WhatsApp accounts.

Since most of the telecom companies have similar numbers, there is a high risk of this method being used internationally. It is advisable not to accept calls from unknown numbers to avoid getting caught up in such vulnerabilities.

There is no doubt that WhatsApp is the most popular messaging platform.Managed by Facebook, this WhatsApp platform has over 2 billion users around the world and it also provides an end-to-end encrypted chat experience.
However, due to its popularity, it is being used by miscreants to spread misinformation and some even try to enter your user accounts. The fraudsters are trying to get a 6-digit verification code of WhatsApp users by doing tricks.

WhatsApp is basically an OTP which is used to log in to an account. Your WhatsApp account is likely to be hacked as you give your verification code to other people. The verification done through these two steps protects the security of your WhatsApp account from being compromised even if someone grabs your SIM card or verification code.

It's a layer of extra security, and it's also a password for your WhatsApp account. However, even if you don't use this feature, your account may be hacked if someone gets your verification code.
Fortunately, the hacker can't read your old chats because your chats are stored on your phone, but your account can be used for other wrong purposes. Fortunately, there is a way to get your WhatsApp account back.

You will need to log in to your WhatsApp account again using your mobile number to recover the hacked WhatsApp account. You'll receive a 6-digit verification code via SMS, which your mobile phone will automatically read and insert you into your account. Once you log into your account, the hacker will automatically log out of your account.
In case the hacker gets access to your WhatsApp account and activates this two-step verification, you will be asked to enter the code.In such a situation, you will have to wait for 7 days to recover your account.

Don't share your activation code with anyone to protect your WhatsApp account from scams. And don't forget to implement a two-step verification for a more secure experience.
